Event Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Pricing & Deadlines
This ticket price is valid until 15 of February 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. After this date, ticket prices will increase to support final event planning and capacity requirements. Tickets purchased prior to the deadline will remain valid at the original price.
2. Ticket Validity
Each ticket admits one guest to Palette & Palate #3: Love, Re-Written. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Auction for Change.
3. Event Inclusions
Your ticket provides access to the full Palette & Palate experience, including curated artworks, live elements, and the shared event atmosphere. Specific artists, menus, and program details may evolve and will be confirmed closer to the event date.
4. Program Changes
Auction for Change reserves the right to make minor changes to the program, artists, or schedule if required. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders in advance where possible.
5. Artwork Sales
Artworks featured during the event will be available for purchase. Any sales transactions are made directly between the guest and the artist. Auction for Change does not act as a sales agent and takes no commission.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future Palette & Palate event.
7. Accessibility & Dietary Requirements
Guests are encouraged to share any accessibility or dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can accommodate where possible.
8. Photography & Media
By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and archival purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
9. Code of Conduct
Palette & Palate is a respectful, inclusive space. Any behaviour that compromises the safety or experience of others may result in removal from the event without refund.
